The Auto Llama's 2'u'Brakes

Second time I've used their services. The guy who worked on my car was very friendly, and gave a lot of good information that showed his expertise and care! Only thing keeping me from 5 star is the lack of communication on pricing. I originally booked for a rear brake replacement only. When I went to pay, it turned out he had replaced both rotors and brakes. I truly believe he was just making sure the job was done well, but I would have preferred to get a heads-up before the work was done. I could pay for both without it being a problem, but I could easily see that being an issue down the line if people are not notified of the upcharge. Outside of that, I would gladly put my car in his hands again! Everything looked great afterward~

Honestly love this company. Have had my front brakes + rotors as well as rear brakes replaced with them and couldn’t be happier. Good communication, incredibly fast service and super reasonable prices. Josh has been my service tech both times and he’s just wonderful. And obviously love that you get to just stay in your home while it gets worked on rather than some awkward lobby.

I have called on this business 4 times for help- whether it's my work truck on the route, or the family SUV, or my truck making strange noises. 4 times so far and I just keep getting better and better service!!! If you are looking, you found it. The online application is pretty smooth, the response is professional, and the service is fantastic. Kyle has been a soldier and no matter what we throw at him he has killed it- even going the extra mile every time in all conditions. We appreciate you Kyle! You know who we are! My family, business and I are confident repeat customers in the Cleves area, because the Auto Llama keeps delivering quick and solid MOBILE service, fluid communication, and we appreciate the business model. We'll be recommending them to anyone! Easy 5 stars
